Kathleen has been a teacher at Christ the King Since 2020. She received her bachelor's in elementary education with an emphasis in special education from Benedictine College. Before going to Benedictine, she graduated from Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. It was these two schools that built the foundation for her faith. She fell in love with learning and knew she was called to be a teacher. Her philosophy of education is based on following in God’s footsteps. Kathleen understands that God was the first teacher, and she now has the privilege of “being a pencil in his hands.” Her number one goal in education is that every student walks into her classroom feeling loved, cared for, and valued. She feels extremely blessed to be a part of the Christ the King family and community.
